Plot:
A young man named Borhan who lives at Hospital Bahagia Tumpoi (Bandar Fiksyen) is actually a defender of the universal human being, Keluang Man. His assistant, Tiong Man often helps him defeat the enemies of the country because the Tumpoi area police led by Inspector Sahab are often late arriving at the scene. Khaty Ismail, a reporter for the Metropolitan Tumpoi newspaper often tries to trace the identity of the two. Sometimes, his behavior seems to have fallen in love with their agility.
